Lakshmi is best at fooling around. I'm doing the planning at the moment but would not be going ahead with IBSN.
Their toll-free number [protected] does not works when I dial from US, but they "claim"- it's working.
The people at front-end took 8 breaks to get the answer to the queries from his lead [at the beginning of the call this person told I'll answer all the questions but at the very 1st question-booom], and when I asked to better get the lead on call, this person just denied.
The so called Tax Calculation Lead "thirupathi.bandaru@ibsnus.com" is having a weak eye-sight to miss the details provided by us, and takes into consideration only what IBSN finds good enough, so that they spend least amount of time.
Another bunch of people over there - "abdul.khan@ibsnus.com" and Baseer/Basheer never respond to email/calls, but still affirm that WE WOULD GET BACK TO YOU BY TOMORROW; there is no tomorrow.
Another person from Baseer/Basheer team told me that my 1099-INT will not have amount in the range of $500 and more, so IT'S OK TO LEAVE IT. What the HELL, who are they to decide and mess with us.
I'm quite hopeful that one day US Government should take strict action against these people and blacklist them from carrying out any business activity in US or related to any person working in US.

There are many like you who would get lured by high return from IRS (shown by IBSN) and the get back here shouting out their troubles. Remember: PREVENTION IS BETTER THAN CURE.

Why don't you put at ur site that "ALL CLIENTS WILL FACE TROUBLES IN FILING THEIR TAXES THROUGH IBSN, SO IF YOU WISH POST ON PUBLIC FORUMS CRYING FOR HELP. I (aka Pappu) MAY RESPOND TO YOUR PUBLIC CRIES, RATHER THAN DOING THE GROUND WORK IN MY COMPANY"

I agree with you. A normal person may not be aware of intentional refunds you mentioned which lead to higher returns. In case there is an inquiry from IRS-that person will be in good trouble for life & IBSN won't help {though they charge for that also}

1. what made you post ur concerns with IBSN here? why didn't u not go ahead with their customer
support?
2. what makes u think that every client or to-be client SHOULD BE AWARE OF THIS FORUM/POST

3. You clearly mentioned that IBSN representatives didn't solved ur problem, so u landed here. SO
YOU WERE IN PAIN & WOULD HAVE BEEN TILL NOW IF NOT THIS PLACE DIDN'T EXIST.
4. Negative comments do not come from some dream, etc or are available at any Walmart store...Do
some ground work before you try using this place stupidly justifying that IBSN worked for you. No
offence, but you got denied any piece of information from IBSN which made you post here.

start, but see the difference now.

I also faced a similar situation and dropped the idea of filing tax through IBSN. Tax act-FREE is much better and gets returns back in 10days, as opposed to IBSN frauds...

@ IBSN sucks - sorry to know all this. IBSN is getting wors than ever.
@Deepika Rao - Agree, nothing worst than it. But many greedy people still are filing through them as they get more tax returns. For example for me IBSN was getting $4500 in returns, but i just got $400 as return when filed properly. Yes, i was not lured by IBSN and took the correct way. I'm tension free now, as I have done nothing wroing or cheated IRS.
@deepas - as season is over, no body would be there. They fired everyone. I pray to god to help you out.

I also suggest u call the customer service and speak to the Director. I have done this in the past, and it helped. But u have to be rude!
