Hi Mariet193,

I'm sorry you were caught off guard on the import tax. We actually suggest our customers to read on Customs & Tariffs on our Knowledge Base, there we offer a link to send custom inquiries at the time of purchase. Unfortunately, some countries put high levy on imported goods and that is beyond our control. Again, my apologies for the inconvenience.
