This place is a joke. Have only been to one other dental office that was worse. Had a root canal done. While waiting for my cap my temporary broke. I called and they said my cap should be in anytime. I went back in and had another temporary put on, at that time I found out Dr. Bhalala then iformed me she hadn't even ordered it, or put a post in. So when she was suppose to be doing a filling she put my post in and another temporary cap. Put the temporary cap on wrong and the back is cutting into the back top of my mouth. And I still don't have my cap. Went in tonight to get a filling and she told me she was to inexperiened to do my fillings and caps. Now its to late to use my dental benefits for this year. I was embarassed that she treated me like this. If she is so inexperiened if you don't need anything but a cleanning and a filling go to her. Otherwise STAY AWAY!
DO NOT GO TO GAINESVILLES, VA office. They do shoddy work. They lie. I have never been so disrespeceted and lost so much money. What a rip off. Then they show pictures of terrible teeth they've supposedly fixed then and then tell me I need a specialist for caps. What a joke. DO NOT USE THIS COOKIE CUTTER CHAIN OF DENTISTRY! Their the reason the joke about dentist was made "what do you call someone who flunks out of medical school?" "A dentist" Better yet a Neibauer Dental Care Dentist. Because of places like this dentist get such bad reps.
