not true... i work at gamestop and it is not in our policy that we should know what every game has. you could also take the time to look at the back of the box and see if was multiplayer.
i work at gamestop and we get stolen games ALL the time our policy is to not accept the games if the police tell us not to so just becuase you call and "say" someone is selling gamestop stolen games, doesnt mean that they have to stop taking games from that person becuase how do "we" know that you arent making something up and if so why didnt you call the police and tell them.

hey stupid wolf rayet... umm floor models are being played.. our new games that are "gutted" (yes that is the term for it ) have NEVER been played come into my store and complain ill make sure you dont get even a trade invalue for it, we are a COMPANY i can call the surrounding stores to just deny anything to do with you . so be carefull when you complain to people at gamestop because all the stores are in sync with one another.
the using a card on the website is pretty new to our websites so it has a lot of glitches in it but it should be fixed soon
how do you know the person was a tool? maybe they were an instrument. or maybe you were a real d bag to the associate that helped you. i work at gamestop and we put things in the comments about customers.. they might have had it all along and you werent kind and curtiest. think about that next time u ask for a burger extra cooked or something stupid.. u might get a little more than you bargin for
Our policy is "unopened" NEW products may be returned FULL value WITH a RECEIPT . We have our hands tied behind our back and you will just have to ask that person that bought it for you to get you the reciept. or regift it to someone else. OR. stop complaining and stop trying to get your money back because Gamestop is a coorperation and has strict rules. cant be bending them just for 1 person . do it for 1 do it for all. then it wouldnt be a rule.
