I was purchasing a cd that's suppose to teach you how to write and receive different grants when I logged in for the classes their never was anyone there to teach you what it was you were suppose to be learning and a few days prior to that I was charged $69.95 to my debit account so I contacted the company to find out why my account was being billed for something I never got a chance to start the course that was suppose to be given and I was told that I was going to receive a refund which that never happened and I don't know what to do.
I agree strongly, that people should'nt be taken for granted when they are spending their hard earn money in hopes of receiving help for a grant or any other programs it's hard enough trying to make it as it without getting ripped-off.
I received the same letter today [protected] stating that it's my second notice to respond and it is sad the time people put in trying to prey on hard working citizens
