Please view the link provided at the bottom of this post for information on proper cleaning of your appliances. Please ensure to regularly clean the exterior of your appliance and clean food spills as soon as they happen to help avoid rusting.

Hi, we apologize for the frustrations you experience when contacting us. If the appliance has not been delivered to the store yet, please contact our Trade Division at 866-233-8547 to add the request. If the customer has the appliance in their home, there will be instructions in the Owner's Manual/Installation Instructions on how to reverse the door. We hope this helps!

We want to thank you for taking the time to bring this damage concern to our attention. We value feedback like yours, as it is how we gauge our success as well as identify things we need to work on. We regret that you have encountered this type of issue with the Dishwasher that was delivered.
While there may be occurrences where products arrive with damage, this is not an issue that we are seeing on a consistent basis. We do make every attempt to thoroughly inspect and package our products in order to minimize any type of damage that may occur while the product is in our care. Unfortunately, there are times when shipping and storage conditions are beyond our ability to control.
