PHH Mortgage Servicing reverted to PHH Mortgage Corporation is a subsidiary of Ocwen Financial Corporation, established 11/06/2006. PHH Mortgage f/k/a. (formerly known as - 2006) Option One Mortgage Company, f/k/a/ American Home Mortgage, f/k/a Homeward Residential, f/k/a/ Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC.
FYI: You All are knocking on NOTHING more than a generated front door renamed, PHH Mortgage, LLC created by Global Ocwen Financial Corporation. My guess is when PHH Mortgage, LLC gets too much negative attention Ocwen Financial Corporation will simply recreate/rename another LLC. Note: PHH Mortgage has offices in all fifty US States and outside of the US.
MY PROBLEM WITH PHH SINCE 2017:
Besides the fact that I am familar and have evidence that relates to ALL of your complaints. MY STORY: Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC in 2017 abbetted a forgery of my signature (the MORTGAGOR) on a legal document/insurance check for $28,441.53. Ocwen improperly endorsed my forged signature AND then rerouted THE insurance check back to the forgerer's NC address. Ocwen neither questioned my forged signature nor the suddened change of my 2007 Texas address to North Carolina. Instead, Ocwen sent me several Ombudsman Responses since 2017 (Ohio, New Jersey Offices). Ocwen's Ombudsmen's correspondence was nothing more than generated, robotic letters to deny, deflect and derail. So, I mailed a Florida Bar Grievance in late 2021 on Ocwen Financial Corporation addressed to Ocwen's CEO Messina and their Attorney, Joseph J. Samaris, Florida Bar No. #103657, Executive VP General Counsel for Ocwen Financial Corporation. The first Bar Grievance generally will go into a round file to be forgotten. However, late 2021 I filed a second different Florida Bar Grievance on Mr. Samaris/Ocwen Financial. My second was denied stating it was double-jeopardy (The Fox Watching the Hen House), going to follow up and ask where is the Florida double-jeopardy Rule of Law or Statue. However, since the second Bar Grievance I have had phone calls and Ocwen hired a Lawfirm to handle my dispute resolution. What this LawFirm is really looking for is a loophole so Ocwen can escape the damages that have been done.
