I purchased tickets on 1/14/19 for Knotts Berry Farm for March 18, 2019 for 5 of us. Immediately after purchasing them I got an email from expedia & the email showed 1/15/19 as the date to use. I contacted expedia immediately on 1/14 about the 3/18 date, I thought I had done it correctly & wanted to know if the tickets could be changed to 3/18 or could I get a refund so I could go in & buy the tickets for the correct date. It has been 6 weeks & I have not heard back from expedia. How hard is it to answer my question. I seem to have problems with expedia. Please let me know as the 3/18 date is approaching & I would like to have this resolved. Debbie Reinbold
