I was contacted - received a letter, called them very professional, friendly and polite. All the questions I asked were answered - no issues what so ever. They have quite a lot of people working there and I spoke with a few different staff all happy to help. I searched online also and saw the bad reviews and also saw the companies responses. I did a lot of digging for a few weeks, they never pestered me I went back to them when I was ready and glad I did in the end.
