I am complaining about my holiday 30/9/2018-07/10/2018 at slovenska plaza hotel budva Montenegro we payed for a 4 star and only got 3 star we was not able to use 4 star stuff and had to eat 3 star food and food was cold my booking reference is 1863/27950 which was booked at a tui store in leeds we payed £1115.99 we would like to know if we can get a form of compensation for the service we did not get
