We have the final say, it does not ###ing matter is YOU have the proper ID, the fact of the matter is you are both together, so we know both of you will be drinking, meaning we have the absolute right to ID both of you. IDGAF if your black, Asian or ###ing blue, its my job and MY responsibility to ID anyone I think is under 25, I have IDed 50 year olds who look young AF. Its my ### and my job on the line if I see to minors and YOU ###ing do something stupid when drunk. You are not ###ing entitled to get your way at an LCBO. Please take your liberal beliefs elsewhere.
Anyone under the age of 19 is not allowed regardless to hold / handle / purchase booze in LCBO. This is store policy, and the law. There are avbout a gazillion signs everywhere in the store, and we have EVERY right to ask for your ID regardless if you are simply trying to be helpful. This situation is perfectly acceptable and the employee did absolutely nothing wrong.
Its not false judgement... it is our job to make sure you are sober, we occasionally make mistakes, but we follow a guideline the LCBO teaches us, so if anyone is making a mistake its them.
Online order system is horrible. It would of been better to send your son a moneygram.
Let me start by saying, everywhere in our store(s) it CLEARLY states anyone under the age of 19 cannot handle alcohol, and if they do, we hold the right to refuse service if no ID id shown. (hence why we tell you to use baskets and carts EVERYWHERE)And we have the right to deny service to everyone in the group if one person has no ID, regardless if they come in later in the day with a different person or group. Once denied once during the day no amount of returning at different times or with different people will change you getting served. This is a policy enforced everywhere. Not just in some stores, we are ALL trained on it and follow it. The reason is because this could now be a second party purchase.
Taking the bottles off the table and under the counter is what we are trained to do. Nothing wrong happened in this scenario Does not matter if YOU or someone else is buying the bottles, we hold the right to ask anyone in the party of ID..
Its a public bathroom, don't like it? Dont use it. Your idea that YOU are entitled to what you want because you have have a tiny kid is retarded.
-Asked me for ID when I wasn't making the purchase.
If you are with the person making the purchase, or together we are allowed to ID you. This is not new, so we did nothing wrong.

- refused to give me last names or employee ID numbers to reference in this complaint.
Don't need crazy's stalking us. All you need is the first name and the store # to filer a complaint. Again the employees did nothing wrong here.

I spend over 500.00 a month at your stores and don't expect this kind of treatment

LOL Buddy we make over 10k a day a till at some stores. Your 500$ means nothing to us.
You need to call ahead and reserve the amount of bottles you want.( Ask to be put on hold ) There will never be a limit placed on amount that can be purchased at once.
We are insured. We don't make [censor] up, nore do we purposely overcharge. On occasion there might be a random scan or a bottle left from a previous purchase that was double scanned.. Always check before you leave or pay. Its common sense.
Security most likely. Some stores need lights on to ensure theft does not occur. But this might just be lazy staff. Contact helloLCBO and open an inquiry
Regardless if you are married or not...The rule of thumb is anyone who touches product needs to be ID if we think you are under 25. This is policy, and the CSR did nothing wrong here by asking you for ID.

"I said a few choice words and we left."
"I then called my husband and asked if he would be able to come to the LCBO to make the purchase so I didn't have to go all the way home and come back to do so."

This is called a 3rd party purchase, this is illegal, if you did not produce ID as well. This is our policy. You should not of been served.
We also do not let people bud in line, you are making a purchase, get back into line. This is also policy so nothing wrong was done here.
If you touch any product, we right away have the right to ID you when you arrive at cash. This is store policy and the law. Nothing wrong was done here. If you need assistance carrying product, use a cart or basket located throughout the store, or ask one of our CSR's for help.
To address your points:

1) "Beer cooler at the location is always unorganized and messy. Specifically the last time I was in the store there were dozens of empty boxes scattered around the room on the floor and on the shelves.A stocking cart was left in the middle of the already messy aisle. The shelves are always sparsely stocked."

-> The reasoning for this is being short staffed or extremely busy. It takes a large amount of work to restock on nights that are like this. You can also talk to a CSR and mention this, or contact our assistance phone line and file a complaint.

2)"Beer brands are always in different locations from week to week. Selection of beer is very poor. Selection of quantities is very poor."

->Again this is normal. Each store orders and carries different product based on location and popularity. We organize based on what we have in stock. Also shipments are not always guaranteed.
Taking single product out of packs is common. You should always double check, this is not our responsibility. We usually replace in situations like this. Also always take a recite for a reason like this.
Outside an LCBO location is not our concern. We discourage behavior like this, but for our safety and our employees safety, we are not allowed to engage these people.
Dogs are NOT allowed in LCBO stores for obvious reasons. Unless it is a service animal, leave it outside or in your car. The manager should not of yelled. Feel free to file a complaint via our help desk.
We hold the right to ID anyone we feel is underage.
We hold the right to ID anyone and turn down IDs we believe to be fake.
We are trained on how to deal with these situations, seems someone might not be up to date
I simply answer basic complaints anything else please forward to our helpdeask.
What she did is theft. You are not allowed to remove sample bottles and put them on other products. Though the CSR's could of went about this a different way.

Please contact us at [protected] for more help. Monday to Friday 830am -6pm.
This is not an LCBO issue. You should contact the maker of the beer. We do our best to keep them in good condition, but manufactures make products cheaper by the day.
