I can tell you what is true--Mark Provenzano owes an architecture firm $11, 000 through his company Caspian/Columbian Construction. He put a Michigan address (which turned out to be a UPS box) on the contract to make it seem like this company did business in Michigan, when really he was just avoiding paying bills he owed. The project owner paid Caspian/Columbian for the architecture services--and Caspian pocketed the money. Its now been 6 months and nothing.
