RX Canada Direct review: Refill on medication not received 1

In June I called Helen at the office to request a refill on my Cymbalta. she checked the records for my refill status and said she'd have it sent right out.
Since we winter in Florida, I told her I was home and to send it to the Michigan address, and she said she would do so. Nothing arrived, and after several weeks I called regarding the status and she said there was a problem with the credit line with the place that she ordered from but that it was now resolved and my meds should be on their way. Another couple of weeks went by, during which I was slowly running out of medication. I called and told her this information and she said they should have arrived by now, but she would resend them. They didn't arrive and I have to use a written script to get my medication from a local pharmacy. Meanwhile, no meds from Helen. She called us back and said they were probably in Florida, because she didn't know we had come back home. She had no tracking number, so we were unable to track them through the Florida post office. She insists that I told her that we were in Florida, when I know I told her we were home. So now, two batches of my medication are somewhere and we can't track them, but we were billed for the first batch in the $200+ amount on our credit card and have to go through the hassle of stopping payment on that charge. Helen has not been helpful at all and I am done dealing with this company. I would like a refund to my credit card and an apology from the company for all the hassle it's caused me.

They are probably stuck in customs. Call the US customs office and check on it. Anytime you order anything outside this country it goes through customs before you get it. When dealing with medications, the rules are stricter. And don't say you have done it before. You can do it a thousand times and still one time get tagged by customs.
