If it is the bus driver he or she needs to be fired for bullying a disabled child. If it was the children they need a talking to about respecting others.
However there are camera's on buses, they had it on tape where a bus driver hit a ten year old boy.

If you have read the complaint that Kevin wrote you would know that Kevin is the boy who was caught stealing along with three OTHER friends and Zachary was in the store with his friends himself, and they witnessed Kevin and his friend getting caught. Zachary was in no way involved in that theft. Zachary is a good kid and stands up against Kevin when he is bullying younger children and disabled children. Don't get Zachary mixed up with Kevin. He is not involved in the theft or the bullying. He is the one standing up to those that are being bullied. Also he is much more mature than you, he does not go around calling people stupid just because his opinion is different from your and you as an adult should not be calling anyone stupid, much less an eleven year old child. There were times when I wanted to say some things to Kevin which were not pleasant but as an adult I kept them back.

Kevin is another poster on this site. In Zachary1998's class. He wrote a letter to walmart, where he was caught stealing, and he complained they took away his rights to using the fifth to defend himself.
Zachary is a good kid who stands up to Kevin and his gang when they are picking on younger and disabled children. Kevin is a child headed for trouble if he does not clean up his act. Both boys are eleven however Zachary excels not only in writing skills, but maturity as well.
Children are only cute. or "sweetie" if it is not your child who is acting like a spoiled brat. I bet if their child did the same thing they would not consider it cute, or call the child "sweetie, " They would be embarassed and shocked at the rudeness.

Why would you need to do that, if someone called CPS for spanking a child, they can't do anything to you, you don't earn jail time for spanking. Not worth the risk. If they did take your child for spanking you can fight them in court.

Speaking of children who deserve a spanking Kevin Richards can sure have used one several times in his life, then again with the way he is messed up that won't help. I agree with Melvin on this one, not the child's fault when the person in charge of them just allows them to behave as they feel without correcting them. If you don't believe in spanking this child should have been told to apologize and if they got ice cream from elsewhere she should not get any. Or not get any the next time they go to the restaurant.

Unless you are downright beating the crap out of your child the state laws in my opinion have no right telling you how to discipline your child. I don't believe in spanking children myself, and hopefully will never have to, but the state has not right to tell you how to disciplinne your law. The way today's world works with protecting children's rights reminds me of a joke.
Two boys are friends lets call them Ted and Bob. One day Ted goes over to his friend's Bob's house. Bob's father asks him to clean his room.

serioously we are more concerned about messing up our children's lives. In the seventie's and eighties a eighth grade teacher unfairly accused a straight A student of cheating. He said there is no way that someone could get straight A's without cheating. he accused this student in front of the whole class. It turns out he was doing an experiment, where the rest of the students allowed him to belittle the straight student. He then told the class he knew all along that the student was not cheating but no one stood up for him, or did anything to him. He said the class acted like citizens, they know what was happening was wrong, but did nothing to protect the person being abused unfairly Which was exactly the way people acted in Germany when Hitler was in power and the Nazi's were using their power to abuse. From that day on bullying decreased at that school because the teacher taught them to stand up for those being abused. Why am I telling this story, because in today's day and age if a teacher tried to teach a lesson like that they would be fired, because the student being unfairly accused would be "scarred for life" When it was really a lesson on morals.

In one Walgreens commet his comment was "disrespectful" but that is more of a child not understanding how his post looked to others when it was written down rather than disrespect. When he realised it may sound offending he apologized if it sounded offending. Even we adults sometimes post something then later realise we did not say it the way we meant to word it and it may sound offending.
Then in another poster Meagan called him stupid. She called other posters stupid, if anything Meagan is more disrespectful than Zachary and I have proof.
Actually I thik the child in question was rude. It does not mean that an adult can get away with rudeness, but children learn by example. From the tome of this letter the grandma is equally as rude. It is not the employee's fault the machine is broken. They need to call a third party to fix it, replace the part that is broken and like making repairs when something in your house breaks, they need to make an appointment. The person they call to fix the machine could sets up a date to come in and take a look. When they decide what is wrong they either get the correct part, or fix the machine. This child in question was rude and her grandmother allowed her to get away with rudeness. If you want respect threa others with respect. Also I don't find the opinions of other's juvenile. I like it how when people don't like an opinion they consider the opinion juvenile. Even Irish's post's are right on the dot here.

That other person posting under the original poster not the same person as the one who wrote the part about him shaking the baby. It was obvious written by someone who wants to make her look foolish(maybe the instructor himself, ) or someone trying to get your attention. Or maybe one of you wrote it to make her look bad. But if you click on the person who commented about her shaking the baby, and the person who wrote this letter she is not the same person(unless she created another account with the same username)
Even if they had lots of people ordering water and getting soda they should keep an eye and make sure the person only gets water, but you can't blame them OP, blame the people who try to scam.
My guess is the OP was acting rudely, however just because the OP was acting rudely does not give the employee of judging the whole race by one person's behavior. I don't think it was a racist comment rather the way the employee said it more than the comment itself.

Okay we all have our fun online, and trolling is fun. Trolling is one thing, but telling 12 year old he needs to be murdered and calling disabled people ###s is going to far. Then again like someone else said you could be telling the truth. I have seen a lot of people take their anger out on their children or a defenceless child. The Wal-mart I work with two people were having an argument. One had a baby in a stroller. The other lady pushed the stroller which made the mother lash out at her. The lady that pushed the stroller too thought that the lady should get arrested for hitting her, but our manager said any parent including himself would do the same in that situation.
Gatortracks I would hope that by the time a child reaches junior high they are way beyond this behavior for years. Infact I would hope nce they reach kindergarten that they are beyond this kind of behavior.
I too had a argument with a member of gaiaonline.com. Her username is Master Kinare. We had a disagreement about a few things, parenting, and other life issues. She gave me a warning for trolling quoting someone elses posts. Then she found a post where I mentioned my baby boy turned one years old. She sent me a Private message telling me that she hopes my son dies of SIDS. She told me that I could report it if I wanted but she would just delete the report and not get into trouble. She told me she is a site assistant and can do anything she wants. She can ban me if she wants. She banned a friends account and the friend knew that it was his account which was banned because she is the one threatening to ban him when he did not break the rules. He too like you spent money on gaiacash cards and took it to court and they had to give him his money back. (Even the money he used on items) . He created a mule account and asked Master Kinare to give his account back because he did not break the rules. Master Kinare told him in her exact words to go ### himself he isn't getting his account back and if he sends her a private message again he will have all his accounts banned and she will check everyday to see if he created another account and ban him because she has the power to do this.
Then she told someone who is twice her age and falsely accused him of trolling on a mule when he asked her to check the IP address to see if they matched. SHe said that they did not but the warning stays and started talking rudely to him calling him a ### ect. Then when he said that he is a father of a 12 year old and even a 12 year old would not behave as she did she told him that she wished his 12 year old son would get raped by a seven foot pedophile.
She has been reported for the rudeness but Gaiaonline did not even respond. They were rude. There was another user who was preying on children (11-13) years olds. The under 13's lied about their age. He asked young girls for naked pictures of themselves. They banned him from gaia, but he only came back with mule accounts. One one account he claims he can't help sexually abusing children because he was abused himself by his mother. Then he later admitted he only lied about the abuse because they got into a fight. He is still allowed to prey on young girls because the did not do an IP ban on him.

It does not matter if she had money to spend. I work at Wal-mart and one of the people they arrested he had stolen things I don't know what amount, but he had a thousand dollars on him. That was a rare case to have that much money on you, but we get people stealing things and they have well over twice the amount of money on them as the items they sold, so the whole my daughter just got paid and had money to spend does not do squat.
Unfortuntaely many people use big bags to conceil merchandise. Don't blame the store blame the dishonest people.
Maybe this guy did not go for Pizza. Perhaps he went for something else. They serve other food besides pizza so if he had a craving for other food than those pizza locations are of no use to him.
Yeah I got one of those private messages as well. Yes the second person posting is another account. However I got a private message from both Dollar General Store users. One was the same message you got, from the second person registered under the username Dollar Store General, and the other was from the original which was more personalized and more like the first post of the second person with the same username.
I guess this ignorant person did not understand the point I was trying to make. (the original poster). She says she is not acting childish but well she is. However the fake poster and the real poster have many differences. For example the Original poster has poor spelling and grammar, and the fake one has close to perfect spelling and grammar. The personalized private message I got was the same writing style and account as the person first posting this letter saying the same things she said. Just ignore it. The original poster has anger issues(which could explain why she is divorced) and the imposter poster is trolling.
