I received a letter in the mail addressed to me from Quicken. They knew my mortgage balance and home value approximately. The letter advertised terms for a refi. I called the day I receive the letter. All of my information was exactly as they had outlined and my credit is perfect. They wouldn't honor the offer. Quicken is a waste of time.
