banks dont discriminate in terms of who is disabled or who is poor, etc. when they charge fees.
It is up to you the individual to be responsible when opening a bank account, and managing it so that it does not incur overdraft fees. That includes not writing checks or swiping your debit card when there is not enough money to cover your charges. There is no real cause for complaint in these postings.
Personally, I don't use BB&T because they charge a monthly maintenance fee on a checking account. couldn't close it fast enough when they implemented that BS.
When you open a credit account, the issuer does it with the expectation that you will be paying your bills on time. You say, "I do not belive that someone's credit should be damage by been late on a 15 dlls payment.".. but do you think Kohls would have issued you credit if you had told them in advance that you had a nonchalant attitude about paying your bills, and would be late in making your payments?
Please pay your bills, as not paying your bills has a negative effect on our economy. We all need to be a little bit more responsible in our financial dealings. Some banks offer finance classes for high schoolers, maybe you could attend one of those to get up to speed on how to keep track of your obligations from month to month.
they wouldnt use the tapes in court. itd be just a tool used to root out potential shoplifters.
after you leave the store, thats when they catch you red handed with the merchandise. they dont need the tape to prove anything at that point.
cancelling the card does nothing if you get a new card from the same company. They will just roll charges from your old account to your new one. as you found out already i see
so do you have an actual complaint or are you here to just trash someone's business for unspecified reasons.
>>Also, I was led to try the product because of an ad I saw of a local (a town near me) housewife trying it plus one other tooth whitening product to get her teeth white. It seemed like an honest ad, and since it was from a neighboring town, I fell for it.
yeah, the testimonials are a lie, everyone who views the ads will see their own hometown and state inserted in the same place you did. just a shady 'net trick.
