I too had these same problems that everyone else is having. I had a repairman on the way until I read Steve Beck's post and went to the site he had listed:

Oh my... I read his instructions and wow.. I stopped the repairman from purchasing the HV Control Panel ($226.00 part + the cost to put it in). I called a friend (who was experienced in soldering), bought the 2 capacitors and literally with in minutes it was done. REPAIRED for $ 5.00. That certainly is much better than the $300.00 to replace the entire board. THANK YOU ... THANK YOU Steve Beck for taking the time to post it.
