We are very sorry with the frustration regarding delivery, Valentini. Unfortunately, we have no control over delivery. You would need to speak to Home Depot about this situation.

Mrs. Jones, we’re very sorry to hear this! Since you’re currently under an extended warranty you are contracted with that provider instead of Whirlpool Corporation (the manufacturer). The extended service company should be abiding by the terms and conditions of your extended warranty. You will want to review your contact, and discuss your options further with the plan administrator that holds your contract as they will be able to provide you with the best assistance possible.
