Waisted my money with them.They sent a defective part. And will not honor the warranty.Not asking for my money back just the part that works.
On 6/6 I booked a flight online and paid via credit card a flight to Phoenix, Arizona RT from 6/15/6 on Alaska Airlines: flight AS 930 1:55pm departure 4:47pm arrival. And flight AS 947 11:30 AM departure 2:34 pm arrival. I was told after booking that I'd receive a booking confirmation email along with flight itinerary. No email has been received. In the FAQ section of the site at hotflights.com it reads 'We respond to all booking requests. It's possible our emails may be filtered out as spam, so please check your Junk folders as well.' No emails were received in either the spam or junk folders, I was never sent the required emails. The price point for the flight was booked at $178 RT. I am lead to believe that my booking is validated and my flight itinerary is complete. Not the case. I made a mistake thinking I was going to get a new MAC from my job so I decided to trade in my old MAC to Phobio and get some quick cash. Well as it turned out, I wasn't issued a MAC but rather an IBM. I contacted Phobio and they actually paid to send my MAC to me free of charge. Thank goodness!
I placed an order at pool warehouse.com on May 13, 2022. The order was for a pool heater that said on the website it was in stock and would ship in 2-3 business days. After hearing nothing from them, I contacted them via email numerous times with the answer being that my item had shipped and was being delivered br R&L Carriers. After attempting to use a tracking number I was provided by pool warehouse, and it not working, I called them. I was disconnected, and then again told that it had shipped and they were reaching out to the carrier. Again, no response. Emailed again, told they were looking into it. At 5:00 today, I was told it is out of stock and I would receive a refund in 5-7 days. This item was listed in stock this morning. This is deceptive, and now they've held onto my $3,000 for 15 days, and could be up to 22? This is not right.
