I purchased and paid in full by credit card, to Allure Furniture in May 2007. Haven't received furniture or refund. I can't even get them to answer the phone. If anyone knows what steps to take to get my money reimbursed, please email me.

I ordered an armoire from Allurefurnituredesigns.com May 24, 2007 and credit card was charged, never received armoire. Tried to contact them, both phone numbers are out of service and no response to my emails. I am due a credit of $396.99 on my credit card. This company is fraudulent.
IDRecoverCS.com took $33.98 out of my account without my authority/permission.
