I recently bought 5000 gold on swagvault and it never came to me. I wish I had checked before placing the order. I tried to contact them via email, phone call, online chat, but they just choose to ignore me. I was very upset, cause I need the gold badly and I don't have more money to try other site. I have confirmed with my friends. They did recommeded me some other good site. So what I should do now is to get my money back. How? Can anyone here help me out?

i have had the same experience as you do, ordered gold from them and the gold never show up. and customer service is anything but professional, very akward English and they kept shifting the blame to blizzard or someone else. I have had enough just talking with them. I don't want to have any relation with them at all now. about the money, I will just let them keep it. Clearly they need it more than I do.

they are a bunch of liers and have no mercy. I gave them my hard earned dollars, and they didn't gave me what I paid for. All I want is my 2000 gold or my money back. But they keep saying that the delivery has been made. Then where the hell is my gold. I tried to explain to them that I had no gold in hand or in the mailbox. But they just keep giving me the same phrase-gold delivered. and their customer service is very rude. I spend money and didn't get what I paid for and I didn't even get good customer service. I am now working on with paypal to get my money back. I won't let them fool me like this, never!
I wish googled this site before placing the order. Now it's too late. The same crazy thing happend on me. No gold, no contact, no refund. They totally ignored me. I will never come back to them again.

The customer keep convincing me that it was the fault of blizzard, something like ban accounts randomly. What excuse this is. Now I am working hard to get my account back which is of little chance and of course I will take legal action agaist Thsale.

I couldn't agree more. Worst company ever. no gold delivered, not good customer service, no refunding policy unless you file a dispute on paypal. all in all, dealing with them is the most stupid thing that ever happens to me. Be aware, don't use them ever again.

I wish I had done a little search of this company before placing the order. But it's too late now. I already tasted the bitterness. My account got banned lifetime and there's 2 level 80's and three 70's. It's my only account. I spend two years playing it. I regret so much to let them touch it. I asked them what they have done to my account. The customer keep convincing me that it was the fault of blizzard, something like ban accounts randomly. What excuse this is. I received email from blizzard explaining that the account was banned for usig third party tools, which is bot, however they claimed on their site that their powerlevelling is all by hand. That is also why I chose them. My heart was broken receiving that email from blizzard and I kind hope that they can at least try to compensate for my big loss, but they don't. They refuse to admit their fault and therefore they won't give me full refund or another account. Now I am working hard to get my account back which is of little hope and of course I will take legal action agaist Thsale to get back what should belongs to me. So if you don't want to waste money, time and put your account in danger, stay away from thsale. They are evil.
