The same thing happened to me. They created the problem and out of disparation I purchased the Antivirus 2009 for the "one time charge" of $49.95. I was immediately charged 3 fees for a total of $109.75. I have been told that I will receive a refund within 3 weeks ([protected]) which don't expect. I have also had the card replaced since that time, though my bank says that I could still get a refund on that card#.
