I was using Airtel 0ne year back in june07 i stopped using it. In august 07 they send me legel notice to pay my pending bill. I paid the bill and at same time gave request for disconnection.
But instead of disconnecting my phone they again send me bill for next month. Now again they have sent me court notice and also torturing me over phone that you have to pay the bill. I have not used this number after june 07.
Earlier their advocate said if there is no usage charges Airtel will not ask you to pay. But when i showed them that there is no usage they said that you have to pay this bill and again give a fresh disconnection request.
The same case is happening with me
i have also made full & final settlemet in August but now again Airtel has started sending bills to me.
& their lawyer calling me for cosequenses if i dont pay the bill
