Hey, I got a phone number from my credit card company. After calling that number, I put my phone on speaker while doing my chores. Fortunately, about half an hour later, I GOT A REPRESENTATIVE FROM TRICLEAR ON THE LINE. I told her that I want to return the products and withing a minute, I received an email with the instructions. Fortunately, my credit card was only charges less than $4.00.

I made a purchase for $107.00. It's over two month and I still haven't received my order. I sent several emails to them but got no reply. My credit card company is currently investigating the fraudulent activity. Hope they get what they deserve. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM . . . Beware the cheap prices . . . spend a little more for something that you will get!
I got myself in the same problem once with this merchant. However, I got my money back after filing a fraudulent charge with my credit card company.
This company has another site www.robobargains.com. I called the number on that site and left a message once. To my surprise, they returned my call within two days. Maybe you should try that number and see if you can get them to refund your money. GOOD LUCK!
