My husband purchased a ring back in November for a Christmas present for me from USN. Needless to say, I never received my present Christmas morning. We have had no luck contacting them & when we actually got through to them, we were told we were still in the billing process. As you all have seen, no website- no phone- no email- NO CONTACT AT ALL with the USN. There has to be something we can do to get our money back. Look at all of us that has been took for our money!

Like many others, I have also been scammed by this world wide known company. My husband purchased a ring for my Christmas present. It was suppose to be very special. Christmas morning, we still had not received the ring as promise by USN. When we contacted them, we got the run around about some billing process even though they received payment & it was deducted from our banking account long before that. Since then, we have been battling them to get a refund. At one point, we were getting through to them, but kept being put on hold. Now, there is no PHONE- WEBSITE- TV CHANNEL- NO CONTACT AT ALL! This can't be right! Someone has to help all of us! There must be some plan of reimbursement for situations like this... THIS IS FRAUD!

I'm in the same boat as all of you above... I want action to be brought against this fraudulent company. The only difference is I NEVER RECEIVED MY PRODUCT! They just took my money & ran basically. I know there are more out in this world like us... we need to come together to get our money or to prevent others to be subject to such loses.
