I have been a student at UOP for 2 years and everytime i picked up the phone to make a call to a advisor, financial advisor, and anyone from there i never had a problem. What i find amazing is some of the complaints seem bogus, Do you not read the paperwork about "dropping out" or "withdrawing" ?
Just because they changed your financial aid advisor doesnt mean there is a "High Turnover" rate. depending on your area of enrollment and the load is how they determine who your advisor is.
As far as emails go. I use 4 different email services (yahoo, gmail, isp, hotmail) evertime i received a email from UOP it went into the "Junkmail" folder...Does that mean its their fault? does that mean they are a fraud?
Some of you have legitimate complaints but then you have the ones who messed up and failed out of a SIMPLE ONLINE CLASS and now you want to file a complaint like its UOP fault...
this is SAD...
"Their degree is not accepting anywhere anyway" That was a dumb comment...I would like to see some type of supporting documents showing that their degree isnt accepted anywhere.
Let me guess, you dropped out or either failed some classes and now you owe them money.

I wonder what the purpose of this post was? Some are so quick to bash the school and its not even the schools fault. I remember when i enrolled i was asked to write a brief essay and in that they asked what would i do in hard times, no computer, etc...
Alot of students get back a nice check from what is left over from their grants, loans etc. They are quick to spend that money and when something like this happens they cry foul.
Participating 6 times a week takes approximately 5 mins to do in a DQ and its not that hard.
All i have to say is, "Utterly Amazing"
