Hello Julia and Rachel,

I am Michael G Burns a tenant in Berea KY and I received a letter indicating that you had not received my September rent. I mailed the September 2022 rent on August 27, 2022. On that same day, I mailed two other bills, both of which are reflected on my bank account.

I recall mailing the check to the address that is listed on the form, that being 111 Windward Way in Richmond KY 40475. Maybe the check is lost in the mail, If either of you still don't have the check as of today (September 9th) then I either drop off a check at your office (if you have a drop box) or I can mail another check.

Please let me know as soon as possible.

Also, note the the rent for this apartment is actually 650.00 per month. My lease agreement with the previous landlord (Don Wiles) included an extra 30.00 for sharing the internet service.

Can someone please contact me regarding my bill? I have attempted numerous times to contact someone but there was one response in a text, "contact Katie on Monday". (on Saturday 9/23/2022) I did attempt to contact Katie, no response.

My bill is 60.00 dollars more than what it should be.

Hello Rachel,

I just checked again, I still owe 710.00 and I didn't receive call today. I really don't know what else to do! I am afraid that if I pay 650.00 on line an additional 60.00 dollars will come out of my checking account. I understand that the rent is due tomorrow.

I really think your company needs to do a much better job with communication! This is very frustrating for tenets.

Desired outcome: Better communication, I was charged extra for my rent due to their mistake as I was not aware of the payment portal. I continued to charged extra for my rent that does not align with my lease agreement.

This is the most absolute terrible company. They are buying up all property in Richmond and making residents move. My grandmother who is 88 is one of them they are making her move after she lived there 28 years. These people are soulless un-American people. This is pushing my grandmother to an early grave as this Profesional Soultions Property Management own most property she can't find a place to move. Please Pray 🙏
