Brian W the owner of ProBuild Roofing & Restoration LLC, entered into a contract with us on June 29th, 2022. The agreement was for Brian to replace our roof, siding, and osb on our home. The project was scheduled to commence either in the last week of July or the first week of August 2022. However, after the fourth change of the start date, Brian assured us that the work would be completed by September 9th, 2022, or he would refund our deposit of 10,518.00. Unfortunately, he never showed up and failed to return our money. We contacted one of his employees, Caleb N, who informed us that he hadn't spoken to Brian but mentioned that he would return our deposit to him. Since then, we have not received any communication from Brian. He has ceased answering our calls or responding to our text messages.

ProBuild did a grate job within 10 days. The crew was efficient and took grate care with my flowers and area around the house. All debris was cleaned up and left a very clean surrounding. I am very happy with my mew roof and gutters.

I was happy I contacted Pro Build to quote me on havin my roof replaced. *** was there from the get go to help me navigate through the insurance claim. They were very efficient on gettin the work done and did a great job of redoing my front porch. I would highly recommend anyone to give them a call for your house repair needs!

Called to get a quote for main home roof replacment, sun room leak repair, greenhouse roof replacment and gutter guard installation. Met with the owner and staff for a quote. Quote process was done on site, super quick. Once I secured funds and gave the greenlight all the work was done in about a week. The ProBuild crew are fast, friendly, professional and clean. If I hadn't seen the guys working on the roof you'd never know they had been there, not a screw, wrapper, shingle or piece of trash was left behind. I didn't live at the address yet so I left several doors and gates unlocked so they could access the property, not only did the clean up after themselves they also ensured all the doors and gates I left open had been relocked and secure when they left the job. Call Brian and his team, you won't be disappointed. Price was very reasonable based on inquiries to other places, and the quality is awesome. Had bad rain shortly after install, and no sun room leaks or greenhouse issues. Super happy! (PS: They do ALOT more than just roofs)
