In April 2022 of this year I contacted Pro Build construction LLC to install pavers in my drive way. They ran into some complications during the installation but once it was done it looked good. In the following month May I notice that the pavers had started sinking at the lip of the driveway. They sent one of their worker out and he stated the issue was completed. Than again in June the same thing happened. The person that came out to correct the issue just about took out the whole right side of the driveway and replaced more paver sand. Now again is September here we go again with the same issue of sinking pavers on the same side of the driveway. I contacted one of the owners (Mel) by text at least three times September 8,13, and 17 also sent an e-mail to the company on the 20th.
Desired outcome: Requesting job be corrected for the third time. Or provide partial refund . This job cost be 50.k
