After making a full payment, Primo Web Design simply not deliver the promised web design and the maintaining capability. When I asked to terminate the relationship, they will not let me go of my domain name unless I make additional payment. What are some things that I can do to terminate this relationship without making it uglier?

This guy is computer illiterate and wants to maintain his own site. He is not even capable of uploading pictures from his desktop let alone re-sizing images. He (not me) owns the domain name and wants ME to make changes to the settings without giving me the username/password.
