I ordered a rib-eye box and it come with free wagyu burgers and chicken wings. When the package arrived it was thawed out and had a bloody water like mess in the container which meant a package had been compromised. I sent 3 e-mails and NO response but I finally got the GMs number Rob texted me and asked when it arrived and the order number and that was the last I heard from him, he ghosted me.
That's absolutely revolting – and getting ghosted after you gave them a chance is just insult to injury. You deserve way better than that. I'd skip Rob and go straight to a chargeback with your bank; let them fight it out. You've already wasted enough energy on people who clearly don't care. So sorry your meal was ruined.
