I bought a cruise ticket 2 days ago through official princess cruise website. Before I bought the ticket I bopught seattle to seattle because at that time I didnt have canadian visa and both of (me and wife) us usa visa. The ship is stopping one day in victoria so we thought we can stay in the ship. Only after we bought the give the conditions that we still need a canadian visa. The website didnt have any contact no but only refer to singapore agent [protected]@carnival-sg.com. This office in singapore doest any phone no and also not allowed to make appointment or meet them. Only email and looks like a fraud office. Before I bought the website said I cant get my deposit anytime. But they say I cant get back. I book the ticket direct from website the payment through the carnival plc singapore branch. The resit doesn't have adress and phone no.
Desired outcome: I want a full refund or change my dates to next year . I will only travel in New York and other parts of USA city during this trip. I already applied for canadian visa but i dont think will get before i fly
