Prevent Plan review: Pet insurance

I had an insurance plan, which was to be paid monthly at a rate of $50.00 per month for my dog. The contract was for 12 months, which I paid off early and requested that it did not renew. Not only did they renew, but they charged my card for the full amount of $600.00. I contacted the company and was advised that the money would be returned. This has not occurred and I am forced to file a lawsuit
