Presto Wind review: didn't give a refund 4

I ordered details for wind generator from Presto Wind and they didn’t ship them to me. I called them and got promise they will give a refund. I am so upset! They didn’t give a refund and they don’t even pick up the phone. I am helpless to do smth!

The comment posted by PYINTHEYE i s right on point. I had the same experience with the rude and arrogant attitude toward me from Presto Wind. Not only is he on point with the comment his attitude towards filling orders from products that are readily listed on his website for delivery sucks. If he send you out the product at all he acts like he is doing you a favor. The product does not charge batteries except in negligible amounts and I was never happy with the product after it arrived ironically at the end of the warranty period which is 90 days. When the product failed after 6 months inspection of the inside of the product revealed a train wreck. The stator that is advertised as Superior appeared to be held together with bread ties...I had to look at the because the rotor was slid together. The pole pieces were actually touching and the inside of the rotor appeared to have been glued together with small cylinder type magnets. In summary this product was garbage and there is no way that someone that advertises being an engineer put this together...pathetic When this guy tells you he is too busy for you making his hand crack toolbox and you will be lucky to get the product from him believe him and find someone who will appreciate your business unless you want to be ripped off

This guys is a rip off artist and his stuff doesn't work anyway...i have 2 of the units that broke in less than a year...the rotor spins loose on the shaft...wouldn;t charge anyway before in broke buyer beware

I had a conversation with the Prestowind boss just the other day. I wanted info on his PMA's for a hydro project. When I told him I had a 48 volt system and wanted info on his ADVERTISED 48V PMA, he lost it. I was told that i was going backward and had no business using a 48V setup for hydro and NO he would not tell me the RPM or output and that I was supposed to figure it out. HE WASN'T ABOUT TO DO MY ENGINEERING FOR ME! This guy is so full of himself and ignorant to the N-degree. MESSAGE TO YOU HOTSHOT " I will advertise for you for FREE and spend MY money where it is appreciated.

I ordered a Generator at http://www.prestowind.com/ on may 15th 2012. Up to this day I did not receive anything. I contacted preso wind a couple times, asking where the ordered product is and asked for a tracking number of the shipping. They said they would look the tracking number up and send it to me, but this never happened. I called them a few times, only reaching their voicemail box and left a message, but nothing happened. After that I wrote them to paypal me back the money but there was no response. Since 45 days have passed after the payment, paypal won't do anything. I think that this is what presto wind was waiting for.
