September 27, 2019, I paid Postcardmania $2,136.05 for postcard&FB advertising
September 27, 2019, I paid Postcardmania $2,136.05 for postcard&FB advertising. I was billed $2,366.64 over that amount. September 27, 2019, I paid Postcardmania $2,136.05 for postcard&FB advertising. I was told that $2136.05 was the total amount except monthly billing for postage to mail the postcard. The 1st mailing was scheduled - January 2020. After 3 months of no call, leads for the postcard mailing and supposedly FB ads.. which I never saw.. I cancelled the service in March 2020. After cancelling the service was billed and additional $2366.64.. The billing continued until I discovered billing in August. I emailed called and emailed to get and explanation for the over billing and requested a refund. I received one email approximately a month ago stating that it would be looked into. I called again and was transferred to billings and they were want to only credit me for one fee, and told me that I would be contacted because they did not have the authority to refund all the additional fees. It's been over a week. I have not receive and other communication via phone or email. All billing from Postcardmanic is attached on the excel spreadsheet.
I signed up to have post cards mailed out no manage a Google account I already have managed. I never knew or agreed to there terms that I knew of. In November of 2018 I signed up to have 5000 post cards mailed out which about 500 were sent to apartment's and I never received a refund. Our business is pest control so non of these apartment ones would have a need to call. Then I guess there was a google ad which I never needed or wanted being I have a team who manages my google page. They have been charging me $150.00 sence then and I never got an invoice but I have received junk mail from them. I never got a call to see if we wanted to continue with the google ad which again I didn't know they were doing. I didn't hear her one time talk about any adds the only thing I wanted was the post card mail outs.I am looking for a full refund of all charges out side of the $1608.20 I spend on post mailers. The total is about $2,550.00.

I authorized Postcard Media to Distribute 2500 postcards for my small business, several months later they began to charge $450.00/month unauthorized. I paid Postcard Media $1650.00 to distribute 2500 postcards 2/29/20. Then I paid an additional 675.99 for postage 6/12/20. This was the only charge I authorized. I specifically stated that I did not want any reoccurring charges. I was told that the everywhere small business included telephone tracking and I specifically stated that I did not want that service so to take the telephone tracking off the account if it meant I would get a reoccurring charge. Sept 22, 2020 I began to get $450.00 monthly charges every month on my Credit Card. I unfortunately did not notice it until January 22nd which I immediately emailed to cancel and get a refund. I spoke with a customer service rep Stephanie M. who was incredibly rude and unhelpful. She claimed that she could refund me for the Jan.22nd charge (which was apparently a prepaid service anyway). And then maybe since she was being nice could refund me half a prior month but that was it and stated that her supervisor may not be as nice and may not authorize the extra 1/2 of the refund. She then went back on her world to refund the 1/2 month and then said she no longer had authorization to refund and would have to get her supervisor approval. I asked to be shown what they were charging for. She could not provide that. I asked to be shown the Facebook and Google ads they were supposedly running even though I have not gained one new customer over these past few months I've been charged. She could not provide me with an ad. Ultimately I asked that she have her boss call me. She claimed he/she was too busy to call. I have not received a refund nor any other follow up as requested. I asked her to go back to my original call with the customer service rep and review where I did not authorized any reoccurring charges. I was told that I would not be getting any other charges. This company is preying on small businesses at a time when small businesses are vulnerable. I ended up paying $2250 in charges I never authorized. Ridiculous! Such a HUGE MISTAKE ever doing business with this company. Overall paid them $4575.00 and maybe got one new customer with a $500.00 order out of the mailings. Do NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! WORST BUSINESS DECISION EVER!
This company persists in dispatching their mail to my home address, which I want to cease. Their correspondence arrives monthly without fail. I've contacted the company at least twice before, requesting the removal of my address from their distribution records. The intended recipient of these mailings hasn't resided here since 1997, having retired and shut down their business. Unfortunately, I cannot disclose the company's name.

They fulfilled only the half of the work
We contacted the rep of Postcardmania and asked to print out and mail 30k mail cards. They have done about half of the ordered quantity and when we contacted them to get some explanation, the rep said that they have used third party for mailing these cards and therefore there were delays. Ok, we said to return all the remaining cards and waited 2 weeks. They said the same excuses and wasted our time. We don’t recommend this firm.

Post cards are old news! If you're thinking about doing any marketing for your business please don't waste your time with these people. I spent upwards of $3000.00 on a marketing cam paign with these guys and did not receive a single lead. In addition, working with the staff was a disaster all the way up to the CEO. if i had an issue or concern it would take at least 3 days for someone to get back with me. Be smart and don't waste your money like I DID!

i don't recommend to work with this company within two hours, i have not even signed any documents they processed my credit card in full payment while they have not done any job for me... i was quoted a price that included the postage, but when i got the written document the postage was going to be added on... based on that information, i asked them nicely to cancel this order she said she cannot do it, it is processed. all they care about is your credit card information.. in my opinion they are not a good company to do business with... they don't even deserve 1 star
