We took family pictures last night at your Plano location. It was nothing short of a nightmare. We had 10 adults and 10 children in our party. Our photographer was horrible. She only used 1 background, we had to choose our own poses, and the shots she got were not good at all. My mom really wanted a family picture and she wanted a cd. We were told you had to purchase at least 16 sheets to get the cd so we picked the best 15 poses. That was a long process.
When we were ready to pay she informed us that the printer was broken. This was a big inconvenience. Especially since all of our family lives at least 2 hrs apart. The only reason we decided to go with portrait innovations and not another photographer is because we were told when we scheduled the appointment that they could do same day prints. I spoke with the manager and she gave us a $50 credit. Whatever. Still not okay but fine.
So, we go over to pay and I dont know if the girl deleted our order or if the computer really crashed like she said. We to start the whole process all the way over. We were late for our dinner reservations and were not comped for the inconvenience.
So basically we payed almost $400 for bad service, horrible photos, and a huge inconvenience. I honestly want my money back. I don't know who I would need to speak with but this is not ok.
