Portrait Innovations review: photo session 9/14

Yesterday we did a photo session with our twin boys — we printed the coypon 33 prints for $19.99. My son told the girl that he wanted to do more — but not over $200. Well our bill is $347! Begging to drop it down we end up with photos tbat we didn't want or some that actually didn't cone out that good. We agreed just to get out of there. My thinking is that if you satisfy what your customer is looking for then tbey would probably return more, give you referrals, and there are cases that people probaby don't return at all — (based on conversations). Left so frustrated and photos we didn't even want!
