Portrait Innovations review: bought and paid for 16 x 20 canvas and it was never available to pick up, now closed.

Photo has never been provided but was paid for on November 17, 2019. Was told it would be ready in 7 days. Tried a number of times and was told it wasn't ready then today, January 8, 2020 all of a sudden all locations appear to be closed. Have driven over and store appears vacated! These are of my baby who was pre mature and cannot be replaced! Site says must pick up within 45 days, but they advised photo was not ready! I cannot believe a business such as this would take advantage of someone with these precious moments and memories!
