Pool Warehouse review: Pool table came damaged

Terrible customer service. Jacinia claims to be the manager and was not helpful with the damage remediation. This is our first time purchasing a pool table and she was very disappointing to talk to with no help on addressing the damages it came with. I would not recommend purchasing with them. Jacinia was the most disappointing to talk to with absolutely no respect for the customer or understanding of customer service. She reflected terribly on behalf of the business and did not help with remediating damages caused by them.
