Pool Warehouse review: Extremely disappointed

We purchase our first pool from pool warehouse back in 2016, had a great experience, customer service was amazing, everything was on point. The current staff now is horrible and all they do is lie. You get the run around each time you call them, they have the money for the liner and supplies, unfortunately they sent incorrect items, which I have no use for, and they refused to give me my money back and never generate the return label for the incorrect items that were shipped to me. They tell you 5 to 7 days for the liner, that is a lie they make them within in that timeframe and it take that long, shipping is a whole different timeframe. This is totally unacceptable to take thousands of people dollars with no intentions of providing the product. They will never have to worry about me purchasing anything else from them.
