They haven’t gotten 1 thing right and I’d give them a 0 if I could:
-Pod was supposed to be delivered Friday, June 5th and didn’t come. No phone call, email, or text about this. Spent 2 hours on the phone June 6th trying to get this straight. Was finally told one could be delivered June 12th. I wanted to cancel our contract as we needed it sooner than that so was told it would be delivered Monday, June 8th.
-Monday, June 8th a POD was delivered with the door facing the wrong way. We had ordered the door to be in the front. The delivery person told me there was not anything he could about it and they come as they come. We took delivery of this POD as we are now behind on our move due to the inefficiency of POD.
- Then, Wednesday, June 10th another POD was delivered. We didn’t order this, so the delivery person was told to take it back. This time thought the door was front facing and he told me that was because that was the way we order it (different from what Monday’s person told me).
- Looking through our billing on June 12th we now had 3 separate charges and only 1 POD. Monday, June 15th we spent an 1 ½ hours on the phone trying to get this fixed. So, far no refunds have been given.
- Wednesday, June 17th we got a call that they were on their way to pick up our POD. We never scheduled this. The driver who called told us this happens often. Luckily, he called and we cancelled the pickup.
- We tried to order a POD for delivery next week but after waiting on hold for an hour we were disconnected.
We got an email from them that said they wanted to fix this. I went to the email address sent and it took me to their site to order a POD. At this time I would call POD a scam company.
We have wasted so much of our time trying to get your company to just answer the phone and do what they say you’re going to do to no avail. This has also caused undue stress and changes to our moving times with others that have been hired.
Run, Run as fast as you can to get away from doing business with POD company!
