PODS Enterprises review: Never again!

Customer service is a joke. Each time we (daughter, wife and I) attempted to get info the website placed us on hold, listening to recorded music for over an hour each time. We would call back and get in line to set up a new account for a new move and were connected to a sales rep, then tell them our problem and the were placed on hold and switched to customer service again. After doing this over and over my daughter, through tears, finally got one sales person to help without putting her on hold. Now, calling to confirm the delivery date she finds out the agreed on delivery date of July 10th can't be done and the Pod will be delivered on July 17th. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER AGAIN! EVERYONE SAVE YOUR SANITY AND GO A DIFFERENT ROUTE.
