PNP Hypermarket Ottery review: Lancewood cheese 1.2kg

The Hypermarket stores had a special on the Lancewood 1.2kg cheese from 19 Feb to 25 Feb.

On Tuesday we went to PNP Ottery Hypermarket and they had no stock as they were waiting for the truck to arrive . They took our details and said that they will call us as soon as the stock arrives. On Wednesday the truck arrived but without cheese.

Today is Friday and they are still waiting on the truck . I then phoned the Brackenfell store to find out if they have stock and were advised that they were informed on Thursday evening as they are also waiting on the stock that there is no Lancewood cheese 1.2kg stock in DC and their management marked down the PNP cheese brand of R179.99 p/kg down to R99.99/kg to accommodate their customers.

I then called Ottery to inform that there is no stock at Dc as per Brackenfell. The supervisor that I spoke with was not very understanding.

I am not happy about the service I received from Ottery as the special ends today and I wanted 4 x specials
