PMMA OFFGRADE review: cheating and fraud by Paklite Fzc 1

We had a problem with Paklite Fzc, We had purchased Pmma Offgrade material packed in original samsung jumbo bags on dated 26/05/2014, from this company through their sales executive Mr. Rafeeq, and they had claim that this material is 100% water clear transparent tint without any black spots or any other tint or hazy material, i also met one of their executive Mr. Arup in hongkong who gave me the samples of the material and on basis of sample given to us which was 100% water clear transparent tint without any black spots or any other tint or hazy material i booked 11.20 mts quantity, but when i received the material from them it was totally different from what they had sold to us, the material was not 100% water clear transparent tint, infact each and every jumbo bags had various tints some had hazy material, some material had black spots on it, infact we had got the loading photos and also the samples where drawn from the jumbo bags at the time of loading, seeing the photos i did inform their sales executive Mr. Rafeeq, that the sample photos is not as per what you have sold to us, but he promised that in photos its seen but the material that we will get will be 100% water clear transparent tint without any black spots or any other tint or hazy material. But after we cleared the material from the customs and after getting the material in ware house we found out that in reality the material was not 100% water clear transparent tint, infact each and every jumbo bags had various tints some had hazy material. We have full record and all proof of this and the conversation done with their sales executive Mr. rafeeq.

After this we had put a claim of usd 400/pmt, we did not claim the other charges like customs duty, transportation and other overhead expenses like demurrage or yard charges, we only put the claim of the difference in purchase price (cif) and sale price on this company, and after long discussion and everything they finally agreed to pay us compensation of just usd 150/pmt (150 X 11.20 = 1650 usd), we agreed for this small compensation just to keep my and their company relationship intact, but till date its been 5 months since the deal was done and we still haven’t got any claim from this company even after we agreed to the claim amount offered by them, i also talked with the owner of the company Mr. Bilal and their executives Mr. Arup and Mr. Rafeeq, and more then 100 times i have politely and humbly requested then to close this issue so we can deal further and we can cover my other loss amount also, but from their company behavior now it is high time and i am sure we are not going to get any claim from them. They are just prolonging the days and there is no intentions to give us any claim and today after 5 months i am giving a complaint here so that everyone can be aware and other peoples don’t get cheated the way we have been cheated.
