Plymouth Plumbing & Heating LLC review: Over charging to install a dishwasher.

Would not recommend this company unless you want to pay an extremely high price. Plumber did a good job, but the bill was horribly high. Had a dishwasher installed and it took him 2 hours. They charge $149 per hour, and $100 for travel less than 30 miles. $459.86 seems like an excessive amount to charge someone to put in a dishwasher. The lady on the phone did not give me any pricing when I called. I know I should have asked, but really did not expect that high of a bill. We used them once before and it was a weekend emergency and the bill was not that bad for what the plumber did, so I really did not expect this. The lady who answers the phone was not very helpful, and obviously did not care. Called to complain and not even an apology. She just replied "ok". She could use some lessons on how to handle customers.. Never using this plumber again...
