Last night Plus500 froze my trading account. They said it was an automatic anti-fraud response to 2 errors I had made while trying to with draw funds from my account.
They have a verification process to unfreeze the account.
Part of the verification process requires me to deposit an amount of money equal to 30% of the money in my plus500 account.
I can't do that.
They are not offering any help or advice about this.
It looks like they intend to just keep my money.

Desired outcome: Unfreeze my account and return my money to me
