Playasia review: Poor order and payment handling.

Forced to do a photograph of my ID, credit card and order number even when using a MasterCard with 3D secure. Initial order payment comes out of the card but then they ask for another full payment? Had an initial order that I cancelled because I didn't want to jump through the verification hoop the first time and the money still came out of my account without any order being fulfilled. Annoying back and forth with customer service over the photo itself. Currently over £200 down with nothing to show for it and waiting over a month for the "refund" on a product never even shipped. Sucks I wanted some of their vtuber merch that you can only get from that site due to her acting as the mascot.
