My father is about to be 84, and not a great 84. He slipped off to go wandering by himself and decided to look at cars. Plattner took total advantage of him and sold him a 2012 Cruze for double what it's worth for cash. He didn't even need a car, he has one. One that he's not supposed to drive but he found the key. These unethical people not only pressured him into a car, he wasn't allowed to test drive it (because they had concerns?!) but they took his money without any apparent concerns at all!
These people are greedy and unethical.
Desired outcome: They need to take the car back and refund my father his money. The took advantage of him and sold him a product they knew he didn't need. A product they themselves had concerns about letting him use before the cash changed hands.
