Pizza Wings Denied 'Buy One Get One Free’ Offer and Treated Me Rudely”

On Friday, I visited a Pizza Wings outlet to avail of the "Buy One Get One Free” offer that was advertised on their banner for Wednesdays and Fridays. Despite following the advertised terms, I was treated rudely by the staff, and the offer was denied without justification. anything further! 1.On Friday at around 12:15 AM, I saw a banner outside the Pizza Wings outlet promoting the "Buy One Get One Free” offer available on Wednesdays and Fridays. 2.I entered the outlet and informed the salesperson about my intent to avail of the offer. However, the salesperson rudely told me that the scheme starts only at 10:00 AM. 3.I explained that it was already Friday,and the time was well past midnight(12:15 AM).The salesperson refused to honor the offer and continued to speak harshly 4.I attempted to escalate the issue by contacting higher management,but no one responded to my complaint 5.Despite providing proof of the promotion and my eligibility for the offer,the staff ultimately denied the offer.After multiple attempts, I was able to contact higher management and shared proof of the banner.However,they also claimed that the offer starts only in the morning.I politely asked whether this was my fault or the company’s,as the banner did not display any specific time for the promotion. I also provided proof showing that the banner lacked this critical detail.Instead of addressing my concern, the offer was again denied without explanation.This experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing.The rude behavior of the staff and the lack of response from management made me feel disrespected as a customer. Additionally, I wasted time and effort, expecting to enjoy the offer(clearly advertised)I am requesting a formal apology for the rude treatment I received, a proper explanation as to why the offer was denied despite the banner’s advertisement, and compensation for this unpleasant experience
Pizza Wings should ensure that their staff understands the offers and treats customers with respect. I hope this report helps others avoid such frustration and prompts the company to improve its customer service and promotional transparency.
