I signed up for a tryout back on April 1st, 2022. The tryout was a professional league tryout, and it costed me $520. I made sure that I would get refunded if something did happen as I double-checked and even took a picture of the website. The reason I did that was because I felt it was a lot of money just for a try-out. Then, sure enough, I injured my tricep approximately a month and a half before the try-out. So, I decided to give them a month notice regarding my injury and that I would be unable to attend the try-out. Therefore, I obviously wanted my refund. The first thing that was stated was that they have 'A no refund policy'. I told them that they should state that on their website before making statements as such; over the phone, there was no response, then he did agree that they should state that on their website. I continued to discuss the matter via phone and email multiple times. The president of pioneer baseball league or whatever noted that it was a third party who was not giving the refund, and I informed him that it was $520 taken from me; I wasn't able to attend the tryout due to an injury. He was more understanding, and he offered a half-off the next tryout after I noted, "The fraudulence baffles me." Then, I informed him that I will bring the BBB in on this if nothing gets done regarding the money taken from me. He noted that he would give me a refund of the full amount of 4/13/2022. Then, I informed him that I never received anything on 5/06/2022 via email. On 5/09/2022 he informed me that the new finance person is issuing the check and there is a delay in regards to a new bank account. Here we are on 6/27/2022 and nothing has happened. The first email I sent him was end of February. I never intended to provide a $520 donation, and I am still not happy about it.

Desired outcome: I would like my $520 refunded asap. The phone number I've been contacting is <span class="replace-code" title="This information is only accessible to verified representatives of company">[protected]</span>
